RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Dutyman wants you to be happy with your purchase and we stand behind the quality of our products.

  • All returns or exchanges must email retail@dutyman.com before initiating a return.
  • Problems with your order must be reported within 7 days of receiving your merchandise.
  • If you receive a wrong or defective item there will be no restocking or shipping fee.  We will gladly refund or exchange your item. 
  • For returns that are not due to manufacturer defect or shipment error, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.  Products must be returned in the same condition as received. The shipping charge will NOT be reimbursed.
  • Non-warranty returns may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund if the items are unworn, unaltered, and in the same condition they were received including the original packaging.
  • Returns will only be accepted for products purchased on dutymanstore.com.

HOW TO START A RETURN or EXCHANGE

  • Locate your order number which can be found on the My Account page or on the order confirmation that was emailed to you.  
  • Contact Dutyman at retail@dutyman.com.
  • Please allow (14) days for us to receive and process your return.
  • Please allow 2-5 days for your return to be processed once we receive the merchandise in our warehouse. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.
